I've read many threads that say if you have an AM2 board but the wrong bios you are shit out of luck. What if I was able to flash my bios? Would AM2+ processors work then? [Please don't give mobo upgrade suggestions as I am fourteen and shit out of luck on those counts as well. Just temporary until I'm sixteen and can get a job kk.]

Same there. It says technically it is possible but can't be done because manufacturers won't distribute distribute bios updates. But what if I flashed my bios with a compatible one?
