I did a clean install for Win XP and now my wireless NIC won't install

I'm in a catch 22. I can't load my programs since they all want access to the internet but I need to update Windows XP to sp2. so that I can get my wireless connection to work. Where can I get a full download of Service Pack 2 that doesn't have to go out to the internet ti install

I am a clothing designer and Unfortunately my Cad system for work won't run on a newer version of Windows. To upgrade the Cad program is $20,000 which I don't have.

I am too, I don't care as it works perfectly fine and I dont like FaNcY transparent taskbars of Windows 7 and Windows 8 is too confusing for me. Still, I guess in 2014 I will get Windows 7 but I will put on a package so I can remove those transparent taskbars.
