What problems are you having with the OS?

I'd start with running Checkdisk and make sure the HDD is in good condition.

If you just want to do a reinstall, go to the manufacturer's website and download the drivers you need, save them to a flash drive or burn to a disc. After the OS install, use the drivers you downloaded, then see if Windows Update offers any newer versions. You could also do Bing searches for newer driver versions of the hardware using the name of the hardware you need the driver for and the laptops model information.

If you are having issues after already re-installing Windows twice, that means you are either doing the same thing to cause the same issues over and over again, or your issue won't be fixed by re-installing Windows. You may want to post what issues you are having, your hardware specs, when the issues started.
