After the starting windows splash screen my screen goes to a black screen for about a minute or 2 and then boots regularly. It has done this before but I moved everything into a new case and it hasn't done it for about a week and has started to do this lag again. I'm booting off an ssd with a few other harddrives in there. If anyone knows what the problem could be please let me know, thank you.

After you have done virus and malware scans, I would try a safe mode start a few times. If it consistently boots quickly it is either a buggy/corrupted driver or an auxiliary controller that is having issues with a device (turn off all the controllers in the bios that you are not using).
