I have a Desktop PC and I am going to Upgrade a few features of this and I need advice to see if it all balanced and that it will work out and nothing will go wrong

My Current Specs Are:

CPU: Pentium Dual Core E6300 2.8ghz
GPU: nVidia GTX 260 896mb RAM
RAM: 2x2gb DDR2
PSU: Aywun A1-3000 420w
Motherboard: Some Gigabyte Crap.

Things That I want to Upgrade to:

CPU: Intel Core i7 Quad Core 3770 3.4ghz Ivy Bridge
GPU: Gigabyte, EVGA or ASUS nVidia GTX 670 2gb GDDR5
Ram: 1x4gb Corsair Vengeance Blue 1600mhz 240pin
Motherboard: Gigabyte H77-D3H

Will this work out? Will I have to upgrade anything more? Will my computer be fine? Please help me!

Solution
Either should do, but dont get the 3570k. You have a H77 board, so you lose the overclocking capability so theres no need to pay for it on the CPU.
From a rig like that, "upgrading" will be building a new machine entirely. There's not much you can salvage from a build that old, chances are even the HDD and Optical use an IDE interface so they couldn't be used on the new hardware.
Plus your PSU is suspect, and if its as old as the system then I wouldn't trust it with new hardware.

If so, then can I buy a new PSU For Cheap Money that has that capability. I checked and my HDD and Optical Drive are using ATA (PATA). If so everythings fine and I just have to pick up a new PSU and everything else I want, what brands do you recommend and what would be capable. Thanks in advance

Just a question if that I can't use but you said IDE Drives. And my drives are PATA with the PIN Connector. This computer is relatively new as it was built in 2010

^ is the review for my HDD; due to this. Do you think that I can upgrade everything to what I want but with a new PSU that is under the price of $175 and holds and has the capability of running the things that I want to achieve with Maximum FPS on Games? Thanks

I already have my prices for the items that I want off independent websites. I have also bought my H77-D3H Motherboard already.

CPU: http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Core-i7-3770-Quad-Core-Processor/dp/B007SZ0EHE/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1374487627&sr=1-4&keywords=i7+3770
GPU: http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/croydon/components/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-670-overclocked-2gb/1022812730
Motherboard: Purchased and I have with me
RAM: http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-240-Pin-Platforms-CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9/dp/B004CRSM4I/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1375580491&sr=1-1&keywords=corsair+vengeance+8gb OR

For the PSU I was hoping for a well known brand that can hold the power that I want in my system for under $175 Australian Dollars. (101.98 British Pound Sterling) e.g. Corsair, Seasonic etc. Or just recommend how many watts of power I would need not to fry my PC. Thanks Heaps for your help and I can't wait to upgrade my PC!

Thomas

P.S. A link for a PSU or just a model number would be great Tysm
