I have a kit of two modules 2x2gb ( kingston 1600Mhz Hyperx Blu) . I want to have 8 gb of ram (same memory ram type) and overclock them at 1866 for my AMD A8 6600K . If i add one module of 4 gb , my system will be stable with 3 modules ? ( 2x2gb and 1x4gb) , or the number of modules doesn't matter in a system ??

Going with a pair of memory is the best config. Mixing memory is not a good idea as it can causes you lot of issues, that is the same case even when mixing same part number memory let alone mixing single memory modules.

Mixing DRAM is never a good idea, regardless. If even thinking about OCing DRAM at least get a set of 2x4GB in a single package - that way it's been tested that the sticks will work together
