i5 3470 and Sapphire HD7770 Vapor X ok for gaming?

Ok as in high-ultra settings for games like civ, skyrim, etc etc w 40fps or above?
I actually was supposed to get i3 3220 n HD7790, instead opt for i5 3470 n HD7770 vapor x haha so what you guys opinion? Ok?

At that resolution, the 7770 will do more than enough.

Didnt post the reso i play w again.. Seems i forget everytime i ask a question haha anyway im playing at 1366x768 reso, so is this setup ok? 40fps or slightly lower or abit higher for max or high settings gameplay for skyrim, civ 5, sims3, etc etc

P.s: i dont play much fps, i play that on ps3 mainly. I do play third person shooter on pc sometimes like mass effect etc so yeah fps is out of the question for pc so i dont really care for frame rates w demanding shooter games. Thanks!
