Help me choose ram

Solution
Firstly, both are great sets of memory kit.

Well, there is almost no difference whatsoever b/w the two sets except the color, diff heat spreaders and the price. What matters is the specs, both have exactly same specs so it does matter. If you are inclined towards one brand then you can go with the same or from general point of view the lowest priced memory is what I would recommend when two memory have the same specs. FYI, you wouldn't increase any performance using a higher priced but same spec'd memory.

Hope that answers it!! Good luck!!

P.S - If you need ValueRAM then Crucial, Kingston or similar sites like http://www.memorystock.com/memory/ASRockX58ExtremeMainboardDDR31333MHznonECC.html
