[Need build advice]$730 build including monitor

Hey, my friend is looking for a PC for $730 including a 20" monitor.

Its main use will be gaming and hes put these things down as a MUST:
8GB ram,
1TB HDD space.
a monitor which is 20".
THE OS IS NOT NEEDED!

fairly good pc all around what i would change from that build would be two things the psu i would buy a corsair cx 600(69.99)newegg
and gpu buy a gtx760 it give 670 class performance buy the custom design not the reference one
