Hey, my friend is looking for a PC for $730 including a 20" monitor.

Its main use will be gaming and hes put these things down as a MUST:
8GB ram,
1TB HDD space.
a monitor which is 20".
THE OS IS NOT NEEDED!

here is a build someone put together earlier with OS, but am now looking for one without an OS because i have a license.

GTX 760 > HD 7950 > HD 7870

An XFX semi-modular 650W is powerful and more solid than a non-modular PSU.

So it's good to go.
