Hi, this is my current configuration:
-Asus M4A79XTD EVO (AMD 790X chipset)
-AMD Phenom II X4 955, Deneb core, stock cooler
-12GB DDR3 RAM (G.Skill PC3-12800 2x4GB, Mushkin PC3-10700 2x2GB)
-ATI Radeon HD5400 512MB (no games)
-Samsung HD322GJ 320GB for Windows and Samsung HD103SI 1TB for storage
-Bitfenix Shinobi case with Corsair CX400
-AOC 24" + Philips 19" LCDs
-Logitech Unifying wireless kb+mouse

I use a lot of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Corel and Chrome with 30-40+ tabs - heavy multitasking. What's the best upgrade for this PC?
I was thinking about changing graphics card and installing SSD for Windows. What do you think? :)

Get a SSD, but you'll need to reinstall your OS on it and all of your programs which you'll need to use. My recommendation for the SSD is the Samsung 840 SSD with 256GB as mentioned above. I don't see the need to get a new GPU, but if you have the enough money get something like a GeForce GTX 770 or something.
