Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 - Should AMD 8350 work right out of the box or need biod flash?

I am upgrading to a Asus m5a99x evo r2.0 to pair with my AMD 8350. Should the board work right out of the box with my 8350, or do you think it will come with an old bios version and require a flash? If anyone thinks I may need to flash the bios, can someone give me a step-by-step process on how to use the USB Flash Back function on this board? (I don't have an extra AM3+ cpu to use for a normal flashing process.)

The M5A99FX EVO's R2.0 variation should have no issue using the FX8350\Piledriver FX X3XX series out of the box and that was the reason why the R2.0 designation was given to the new motherboards.
