I know the might sound funny but I just was sat in another room checking out other threads and heard the noise. All the TV's and PC's round my house are all making the same noise ????? The clicking noise when there all turned of ? How does this work.. Oh and i don't have the clicking noise in my head. I'm sure of that

Well clicking is usually the fan or bearing in a PSU.
