They really are almost the exact same price, only difference is $10. Here are my questions:

1. Which is better in terms of running video games? (I'm wanting to run GTA IV with iCENHANCER on ultra settings with at least 30fps, without AA is fine, Crysis 3 ultra settings with 40-60fps.)

    Im not sure about powercolor, but a sapphire card has much better cooing than the 650. In terms of performance, the 650 has the slight edge, but right now the sapphire 7870 GHz is on sale, and that card will out perform the 650. You can use to check all the specs.
