is that a good gaming pc I put together or should i get a GTX 770 and i5 4670k?

I want to play BF3/4, Dayz, ARMA, and other new games at 1080p Ultra settings.
would the GTX 780 and FX 8320@ 4+ghz be enough? or should i get the GTX 770 instead and get the I5 4670k? I'm leaning to AMD FX 8320 but if the I5 4670k has any significant performance differences ill get that.

Feel free to suggest other parts than just GPU/CPU! :D

THANK YOU!

Solution
I suggest the core i5 and the 770. The gtx 780 has very bad price to performance ratio. Dayz/ArmA II is terribly optimized, so no matter what hardware you have, you likely wont get above medium settings. In BF3/4, you will see a big benefit from the i5, because of the Mesh Quality graphics setting (determines how far you can see spotted enemies) is all CPU. Also, I suggest this PSU:

It has some headroom if you every want to go for SLI in the future. I highly suggest taking advantage of dual channel RAM, and getting 2x4GB. Lastly, i suggest grabbing a 128GB SSD, to put the OS and a few applications and games on. The system responsiveness will blow your mind.
