Over the next few weeks I'm going to start ordering the rest of my parts. Just ordered my monitor today. Just want you guys to look over the my build and see what could be better/kept the same. Also I am currently deciding whether or not to get the gtx 760/770. Definetly want a powerful graphics card. I do not plan on overclocking my cpu, just my gpu.

Solution
-Get the 4670k cpu. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54670k
-Better psu. This is cheap now: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650xxxb9
-cpu cooler http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr1
maybe better mobo for overcloking: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h87performance
this is cheap memory now: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-memory-bls2k4g3d169ds3
You do not need 750w psu because your mobo do not support sli. 550w or 650w is enough for one videocard.

So sorry as I forgot to mention that I wasn't overclocking my cpu at all. Would I still need a z87 mobo for OC my gpu?

You can OC the intel "K" cpu now with any asrock mobo. That can do it what you did have on "basket"
Look this: http://www.techpowerup.com/186355/cpu-overclocking-on-h87-and-b85-motherboards-made-possible-by-asrocks-non-z-oc.html

And you can overclock the GPU too :)

So is it worth it to move to a K processor and get the asrock. Heard asrock doesn't have good quality mobos.

Actually they are good. Extreme 4 or 6 are really good. And that what I did suggest is good for you.
Gigabyte X-D3H is really good or this for you because it is cheaper:
