I want to build a new desktop pc that's capable to play graphic intensive games on high settings. I have the parts in a wish list I composed and want to see if they are compatible with each other. Also should I wait for better deals to come out to save money? (Black Friday Sales).

Of course, it would play them on Ultra Settings without problem.

And by well balanced I meant that your build was having way too much prices of not so important components for gaming. I searched for things which had similar performance for lesser price and hence fitted a much powerful 770 in that budget.
Build this one instead. It is a much more well balanced build than yours.
