I am putting in another gtx 770 into my build ( shown below, pictures are up on partpicker) i, right now am using my cpu + the existing 770 for graphics. can i do this in SLI or not? would SLI even be helpful for my card and setup. the rig is all gen 4 intel and gen 4 compatible + a good sli psu as i have been told.

thanks for any help.:)

i have 1 soon to be 3 LED 24' monitors and a flat vga monitor <- i use it to display the comps stats, and info screens.

Solution
yes you can add an sli in, however i think your psu might not be enough. You would need atleast 850w psu. It MAY work with a 750w but i think you would be really pushing your luck and you never want psu's to run at 100% (increases heat, noise, reduced life, low efficiency). Ofcourse, i would go for a 1000W but, if money is tight an 850W will suffice.

Yes two GeForce GTX 770 in 2-way SLI mode is a great benefit in a triple monitor gaming system although the 2GB of GDDR on your current graphics card is marginal. The 4GB versions of the cards would be more suitable if you're planning on cranking up the image quality.

An 850W PSU is more suitable for the SLI system configuration than the 750W.

I agree with all the other responses as well. 850 Watts Is what I would go for, but I also wouldn't mind a 1000 Watts either (Just like one of the responses).

BTW, I just saw ur build on PCpartPicker. Nice build.
