Their 3 year warranty means nothing. On June 8 I spoke to customer service rep that my power supply keeps going off. She said I needed a new one and would ship it. On June 23 I called to find out where it is. "Oh! I see the request she made, but she NEVER submitted it" So he said he would submit the order immediately and call me back with status. On the 24th, I called and was told it was in the parts department and they would ship it with 8 to 14 days. Asked for a supervisor who then said she would talk to someone in parts and see if she can get it expedited and would call me back with status. Still waiting for call and of course, NO POWER SUPPLY YET. What a company this is.
