best 120gb ssd and best Migration software?

Best bang for the buck right now IMO is the samsung 840 250GB for $165

the 840 (vs 840 pro) has read speed that are right up there with the best of the best, it lacks super write speeds (224gb/s vs 367 for the 120Pro) but how often are you going to write to the drive? LoL Once a month for a new game?
