i have an hp 2000-361NR laptop, and when i turn it on the "Winodws failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. " screen shows up and after that windows attempts to load up until the blue windows 7 background and gets stuck at that everytime with no option to log onto my account, and i have already tried every safe mode option and each one gets stuck at that screen and i have also tried formatting windows using windows 7 installation disk and repairing it using the disk which also gets stuck at that blue wallpaper background, could this be a hard drive failure problem or what?
