while installing windows 8 i get an error please help!

when i select the disk it gives me an error saying windows cannot be installed to this disk. this computers hardware may not support booting from this disk. ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computers bios menu! any help

i have an asrock z77 xtreme4 mobo

a western digital i think blue 1tb hdd, the computer was working fine on the ssd but i am selling the ssd to a friend

i have tried everything, ahci or ide, clearing cmos, using usb, deleteing all partitions, clearing the drive and nothing seems to work?

no i only have 1 hdd and 1 ssd

i am also now getting the error saying we couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one. for more info check the log files?

i have tried formatting the drive and it is not working, i get the error to enable the disk's controller in the bios right after i agree to the terms and then i try to continue anyways iand i get the second error saying we cant create or find a partition. i am so confused!
any more suggestions?
