The PowerColor is $109.99 with a $30 rebate (so $79.99 I guess) and the HIS Cooler is $104.99. Those are the two cheapest, so which one is better? The thing about rebates is that I always hear stories about people never getting them or it took longer than a year to actually get it. So I don't know.

Also is there anything better in the price range of the phenom ii x4 965? Cause it was $110 then it went back down to $90. thanks

Oh, sorry about that. Didn't know you were from Canada. But I did found some better cards for the HD 7770 (both after rebates price):
http://www.ncix.ca/products/?affiliateid=7474144&sku=73018&vpn=HD7770-DC-1GD5-V2&manufacture=ASUS
http://www.ncix.ca/products/?affiliateid=7474144&sku=68528&vpn=FX777AZNF4&manufacture=XFX&promoid=1275

I also found a GTX 650 Ti as well, similar prices as the HD 7770 (after rebates price):
http://www.ncix.ca/products/?affiliateid=7474144&sku=76827&vpn=65IGH8DL7AXX&manufacture=Galaxy%20Technology&promoid=1275

The GTX 650 Ti is faster than the HD 7770 overall, but if you want the free games from AMD, it's your choice. And, about your original question, I would choose the PowerColor due to it's price...

Thanks, but I'm from Canada. I just want to know which of these two I should get.
