hung at auto detecting 3rd master

Hey Folks, can anyone give me a hint on how to fix my P5WD2 premium mobo it hangs on auto detecting 3rd master ...eventually finds it and then hangs again on auto detecting the 4th master...can't get to the windows desktop

Hi Tradesman thanks for responding so quickly, I just replaced the power supply as the 12V rail was gone ....computer booted up fine and worked well for a week or so. We stream music and upon rebooting to get my resources back it wouldn't boot up at all. Have 3 HD's with all new cables tried resetting the CMOS to no avail....just so you know after new PS installed did go in and reset the BIOS .....this is a large rack computer built mainly for Audio.

Hi Tradesman,
On the boot up configuration...the CD Rom is the first ...the C drive second and the floppy is disabled as per instruction from computer manufacturer. Not even sure why it's looking for the 4th boot device?
