OK, so it's time to do some hardware testing.

For the RAM: memtest86 http://www.memtest86.com/

for the HDD: http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

burn each .iso to CD and boot to run the respective tests (choose option "burn image to disk" in disk burning software, don't copy the .iso file to disk)

I ran memtest the other night, and I also ran my HDD drive tester, None came back with errors, I ran my MEMtest for about 6 hours, at 90% Usage and it crashed at I think was around 160% (2 sticks, supposed to be dual channeled but it's refusing)

Mobo wont boot if there isn't RAM in the first slot. I haven't tried them seperately though because I don't have static bags to put the one I leave out, and i wanted to avoid any other way it could be messed up. Their ripjaw 4GB 9-9-9-24. I even went into BIOS and changed their timings, because it was trying to run them at 11-11-11-33 or something like that..

Want me to show what speccy say's about my build if it will help any?

This may be nothing but I just noticed a reference to "usbehci.sys" in the BSOD error string. Perhaps it's just a random thing caused by another problem but it's worth trying this. Are you depending on USB devices like keybaord/mouse? Either way it should be safe to turn off USB3 if you have it (if not USB2)

Happens regardless, it's been more stable since I actually set the clock timing. and I Have USB mouse, and keyboard, though I just updated my webcam driver which said was out of date. I'm using a driver updater atm to fix any issues, my Monitor driver was also out of date, till just a few moments ago.

WHen it was set to auto speccy was reading that it was trying to run my RAM 2 clicks over what it should, I also disabled my cpu core AUTO OC to help it stable out.
