hey guys, here is the list of drives and utilities for my motherboard i was wondering if anyone can help me determine what is needed and what is just bloatware.

Can be useful in some cases :

-ASRock XFast USB Utility ver:3.02.31 : Actually does improve speed in some cases.
-Instant Boot : Improves start up times but can be annoying if you access the BIOS often.
