this is my part list, I plan on over clocking my CPU and cant figure out what PCU cooler i should buy, i would like to keep it cheap (under $50) but if i need to i can spend $100 can someone help me out please?

Looks good, would suggest the Hyper 212 EVO, best bang for the buck, matches up head to head with the H100 liquid

If you want to go to at least a H100 ($110 vs $35 for the EVO)...those two are about even, can always spend more on liquid

1- change the memory for DDR3 1866 , it is the same price and faster and your CPU is designed for it.
2- Get GTX 770 , it is better than 7970 , and has PhysX can be found for 390$ with good cooler (the Zotac)

3- you will never need 1000 watts even with 2x SLI .. 850 watts is more than enough.
4- if you want the best air cooler around , it is the Noctua NH-D14

i've bought everything but the cooler and the graphics card and im getting the 7970 because it has more ram, and 3gb of ram is recommend for skyrim with lots of mods

A lot of people want to let you know you did everything wrong, in their opinion - I myself figure if you put the time and effort into it, unless something is really out of whack, I check for compatibility....I think most people are happier if they do the bulk of the selection themselves

then get GTX 770 4G version , and get the Noctua NH-D14 .. if you cant pay for GTX770 with 4 G , delay overclocking and get the cooler later when you have more money .

No problem, sorry, I see this every day, people put time and effort into slecting their component and 3-4-5-6 others jump in and no do this, do that, get this get that, and I get the impression that most folks hate it when people do this to them, generally they ask, will this work together...and I try and answer to specific questions or if I see something wrong and that's it...after my initial response I often even say now I'm running away...I think on average I'm getting 6 or more PMs from people who post questions like this because they don't wnat to listen about how everybody else can pick things so much better...

I just try and treat folks here the same as I would a client, they ask I answer, will it all work...if so I say Yes, if I see something wrong I try and point it out,,,it's harder here I understand and everybody want to be heard...but I think there's a line between trying to help, and domineering, I've seen some really bad cmbos put up by people as a 'Better build' and have come to discover that many of hose suggesting entire builds may only have one or two under their belts, so it sort of bugs me they can be suggesting things they've never been hands on with....
