a fan will keep my CPU cool enough? i thought with overclocking i have to use a Liquid cooled cooler
  3. No, an air cooler is perfectly sufficient, the Hyper is on par with the H100 and $70 cheaper

The Cooler master hyper 212 that johnny recommended is an excellent value for that price. If you want more cooling power I would suggest a Noctua Nh D14, its more expensive but its a beast.

    Hope this helps!
