New Motherboard/CPU will not boot. MSI Z87-GD65/i5-4670k. Is it a bad motherboard?

Trying to test boot a new motherboard/CPU. No Videocard only connecting via the onboard video Blackscreen only on monitor with either HDMI or VGA. No Beeps. I have the JPWR1 and JPWR2 Power Connectors attached to the Motherboard.

Error code on motherboard is 03 (Power on Northbridge Initialization). However once out of the 20 or so times I powered on the board the Error code was 55 (Early Memory Initialization). The 55 error code occurred when I either had 1 stick of ram in Dimm slot 2 or 2 sticks of Ram in Dimm slots 2 and 4 not sure which one. I could not get the 55 error code to repeat.

I tried various combos of 1 stick or Ram in dimm 2. 2 sticks of Ram in Dimm2+4 and 4 sticks of Ram in all 4 slots. Nothing makes any difference. Same error code 03 with the one time error code 55.

I bought all these items from Newegg. If I cannot figure out the problem can I return the MB/CPU to Newegg for replacement?

Processor: i5-4670k Haswell
Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws (4x8GB) X series ddr3 1866 (PC3 14900)
Power Supply: Cooller Master V850

Ok this and entering the error code upside down in google (E0) made me realize the RAM wasn't seated all the way. Board works fine now and im installing windows. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hijack this thread, but when you say this model has had problems, what do you mean exactly? I have been trying to get information about this (if this board has had problems) and have turned up nothing...even in my many threads that I have posted.
