I'm not planning on doing an SLI setup and what not. I was just planning on using two monitors so I can video edit at ease. I heard you dont really need an amazing graphics card in order to edit, but rather to render videos. I also plan on doing alittle gaming here and there and i was wondering if I were better off getting 1 GTX 760(2gb), or 2 GTX 650s (2x2gb) for a dual monitor setup.

Hey,

A single GPU is more than capable handling dual monitors. The gtx 760 is a great value, and is quite powerful. It can handle up to four monitors, however you will not be able to game smoothly with 4 :D However running 2 monitors on a gtx760 is not a problem. I would suggest the gtx 760 over the two gtx650's as the gtx650's are significantly weaker cards, and although two of them might provide better performance you risk a ton of multiple GPU related issues like driver issues, software support in games, microstutter, etc. So overall its better to stick with one, but more powerful graphics card.

Hope this helps!

I was actually thinking about this card, but I heard adobe products are more compatible with nVidia cards. I think I am going for the 760 thought thanks for the quick response this is my first post on this forum :)
