Sudden fps drop in games causing massive lag

My CPU usage in fluctuating very much ie one min it is 30 % then another sec . Moves to 60 then 100 and back to 40 ...
Fx 6100
Gtx 650 ti 2 gb

Most fluctuation happens when I am shooting someone or vice VErsa or during graphic intensive scene or when I suddenly turn around ie move mouse left or right (suddenly)in games ....

Could be a driver issue, download most recent and driver fusion.

Uninstall driver and don't restart.
Run driver fusion and clean your brand drivers.
Install newly downloaded driver.

See if this helps to check if it is driver related first.
