Nope.
Gen 2 8x is way more bandwidth than top end graphics cards will require for a while I think.

This review, they found no difference in performance between PCIe Gen2 and Gen3 outside of what could be considered margin of error.

PCIe 3.0 is a great evolution, one day it may actually support a better gameplay experience compared to PCIe 2.0, but that day is not today.
