Solution
Your build looks good as is.

One exception might be the ram. The vengeance pro has high heat spreaders that may interfere with your cpu cooler. It is also 1.65v ram.
Pick a low profile kit of 1.5v ram. You will save a bit and perform just as well.

With your budget, consider deferring on the hard drive in favor of a SSD. It will make everything you do feel so much quicker. 120gb will hold the os and hanful of games. You can always add a hard drive later. If you get 240gb, you may never need a hard drive at all.
Samsun840 seems to be on sale now to clear the way for the EVO follow on.

One place to save is on the case. This NZXT source 210 looks...

Looks like a pretty great build to me... All i would do is pay the extra 10$ to pick up the superclocked version of the graphics card.
Also i would recommend a 1TB Seagate barracuda over the WD. (Just talking from personal experience, never had any issues in 10+ builds)

Case choice is subjective, but I'd say the Corsair 300R is quite a bit better than the Source 210. You get what you pay for (and both are on sale at the moment).
