I'm currently running my single monitor through the XFX Radeon HD 7950, which is a pretty powerful GPU in itself. I am planning on upgrading to dual monitors in the near future, and was wondering how much more demanding a second screen will be for my PC/GPU. I don't intend on using the second monitor for splitting games across two screens. I want to have one screen for gaming and the other for background applications. However, I just don't want my gaming performance (fps) to fall because I've got another screen running next to it.
I'm pretty sure it won't make much of a difference, but I thought I'd ask to be sure!
