This is my build so far:

CPU: i7-4770K
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP
RAM: 16GB 1600 (Not sure which one yet)
Storage: 1TB and SSD (Would swap i7 for i5 to buy an SSD)
GPU: GTX 770
PSU: No idea how much I would need
Case: Corsair 200R
Drive: Lite-On iHas124-04
Monitor: AOC IPS i2367Fh

This is a little over my budget but total so far is around 1,200-1,300. I am thinking of going for the i5-4670K to go for an SSD. I'm also looking for a bluetooth dongle not sure what would be good to either.

THANKS FOR THE HELP!

I try to use the best GPU there is for good gaming and recording but it went over the budget. I would like the GTX 770 but it seems to go way over the budget so the 7970 is the next best card out there. If you feel like AMD isn't your thing, I'd go with the GTX760, NVIDIA new software allows the capture of games too.

You can see from the build, it is $100 over for the 7970. But if you feels that it is too much, go with the 760 and you'll be in a range of around ~$1040.

Jinayhvora build is good but you're missing a PSU.

Right now I'm just looking up parts I really like the screen he posted but I like the parts more that you posted but I think I won't mind going with 770 if a good price comes up within the next month. I plan on buying between Aug and Sept

I would either save up for the GTX 770 and keep the rig as a single GPU PC or get a GTX 760 now and go SLI later if you can't reach average 60fps at high and above settings for next generation game.

I would rather go with the GTX 770 because you only need to upgrade 1 card in the future, less microstutter and problems(NVIDIA seems to address this with most of their latest drivers) and heat, usually the top card gets hot due to the heat being exhaust from the bottom card into the case(Note: This is not the case with NVIDIA reference blower style cooler like the Titan and similar).

Yeah I'm trying to make room for it without blowing my budget I'm thinking I'm going to have to find a way to make $200 to finish the build completely besides that I updated the parts I would like to use.

I was able to make another 200$ so I wanted to know if you could modify the one you gave me that could include the 770. My budget is now 1,200$ and 200$ for Monitor. Thanks for the help!
