It looks like the only thing you're missing is an aftermarket CPU cooler which is needed for overclocking.
Just so you know, the LGA1155 socket is a dead socket, which means Intel has abandoned the socket for their chips. The most recent Intel release, the Haswell 4xxx series, uses the newer LGA1150 socket and the next CPU series will also use 1150. If you plan on upgrading when Intel releases their new line, it would be in your best interest to get an LGA1150 Motherboard with an i5-4670k (the new 3570k).
The GTX670 is a great card, but you may be inclined to purchase the GTX760 instead. It is *slightly* slower but is substantially cheaper.
While the 830 is a great drive, I would recommend going with Samsung's newer 840. It should be slightly cheaper too.
I think you could find slightly faster RAM for cheaper. While the increase from 1333 to 1600 is insignificant in gaming, you could save money AND get the faster speed. Try Kingston Hyperx, Corsair Vengeance, G.Skill Ripjaws, or even Patriot Viper.
While Caviar Black drives are excellent and have a great (five year) warranty, you could save money and go with a Seagate Barracuda (slightly slower I think, but doubt it would be noticable) or a Western Digital Caviar Blue. If money isn't an issue, I'd stick with the Caviar Black.
The last thing I would say is that for your price range, you could probably find a nicer/more appealing case. Cases are really up to personal preference, so if that's the one you really like, keep it! Just letting you know that you can take any case you'd like and it would be fine.
