I translated this, and from what I understand, if you need to remove the blue retention bracket, you can. They are held on by plastic push pins.
To remove the blue plastic square, flip the motherboard around to the back and there should some plastic clips sticking out around the processor socket. Push in the center of the plastic clips and it should go inward. flip motherboard back again, and pull the plastic part out, then you can squeeze the plastic teeth out of the back of the motherboard.
