This is the mobo I have, currently clocked at 4.2ghz on my 965 BE (FX series chips overclock easier, too) on Cooler Master 212+
The BIOS is very nice and easy to adjust voltages and multipliers. This board has a cheaper little brother (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157394)
that features most of the same stuff.
I'd say you're definitely fine with the ASUS mobo you listed as it is *probably* higher quality than the ASRock motherboard I own and my board overclocks well.
You should be able to see a noticeable performance increase via overclocking. I have heard of people reaching 5.2ghz on air with that chip!
Hope this helps!
