Is anything wrong with this build, if so what would you change?
I already have 16gb 1333mhz ram, an optical drive, windows 8 and a 2tb 7200rpm hdd.

Here is the build:

Solution
There is nothing wrong with that build, the power supply is the correct size but I would go with a better brand, Corsair, Antec, SeaSonic or XFX.

I'd get a Corsair PSU, I dont trust any other brands, and an Asus/Asrock Motherboard, again I dont trust any other brands. And get a h100i, cooler for overclocking, rather than the Evo. Also, why do you need an SSD? All they do is increase loading speeds, no actual performance gain. I'd only use a small one for when play mass effect 2, as the loading screen are atrocious.
