Can my build run BF4 at Med-High settings?

Asus M5A78L-M LX Plus Mobo
8gb(2x4) Ram
Sapphire Radeon 7770 ghz edition 1gb
WD Blue 500gb HD
Antec 600w PSU

well BF4 isnt out yet, so im going to assume you can run med about 45fps and high about 35

Would a 7790 or 6970 greatly boost the Frame rate

A 6970 would, but you can probably do a lot better than that with some sort of newer card.

We don't know. Let me say that clearer. No one knows. Anyone who thinks they know is making an uneducated guess. The game isn't out and we barely know anything past release dates. Ask after the game is out

Understandable, I was just looking for a guess based off of people's experience with BF3
