Using earbuds and a Headset Mic

I have a pair of nice Etymotic HF5's that I love- however, they don't come with a mic. Luckily, I have a set of Turtle Beach X11's. I was wondering if it was possible to use the mic from the headset while listening through the earbuds.

yes you just have to set it in control panel of if your motherboard has its own thing
you just have to set it up
plug it 1 @ a time i do this somethimes also
