Need Power Supply Recommendation

OK, I am building a new PC. I have pretty much everything picked out. The CPU is already purchased, so please don't recommend other CPUs or ask "why do you want that one?" Based on a couple weeks of research, it fits my needs and budget best. What I need is, based on the list of parts below, a recommendation on a PSU. Wattage, mod or not, brand, even a specific one. I appreciate your help.

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 750k
MoBo: ASRock FM2A85X Extreme4-M
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133
GPU: Sapphire Radeon 7770 HD
CPU Cooler: Enermax ETS-T40-TB
And obviously a case, a Blu Ray drive, a hard drive or two, peripherals, etc.

Assume I will be overclocking (my first attempt, the main reason why I am unsure as to what PSU I should get) to as high as 4+GHz (I know it is possible without TOO much trouble on this CPU), and POSSIBLY throwing a second GPU in/OCing the one. Tho maybe not. And while the CPU is set in stone, I am up for advice or recommendations on the other parts if you really feel the need. Maybe something isn't compatible or as efficient as it should be. But please only post if you also have PSU advice. That is the main reason for this post. If you need more info than I gave, please feel free to ask. I may have forgotten something.

So 600W is enough to handle the OC for the CPU and Crossfire for the GPUs? And what about what a lot of people say about needing at least an 80+ PSU?

I would like a Bronze, at least. Tho I am on a budget so nothing really over 70-$80. Just good quality and enough Wattage to do what I want without fear of losing power.
