Will this motherboard (ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS) support my setup?

Just checking before purchasing as I had a bum MSI motherboard that underwatts my CPU by 30, when it's supposed to support it.
Heres my hardware
Nvidia GTX 650
2x4GB DDR3 Ripjaw Ram 1600 9-9-9-24
Vishera AMD FX-8320 8Core 125W processor.
and my PSU is a Thermaltake TR2 600W

Also, if you can suggest a Motherboard that would work stable with this setup that isn't 'you better be sultan' expensive. I would much appreciate it.

Solution
That board should supports all that fine. I have the same board and my 965 BE draws 125 watts so it can support that. As for that specific processor it will handle it fine. The only problem with that board is crossfire, or sli, wont work very well on it.

Alright thanks, don't plan to crossfire of OC, just the motherboard I have now,MSI 760GM-P34 (FX) AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD was not powering properly, and it was highly unstable, and not reading my 2x4GB properly, I didn't notice it wasn't reading until 30 day's where up. Then all the instability hit and I couldn't livestream or record games anymore.

It wasn't powerful enough to use my processor correctly anyway. I don't want it to damage it, for one, and for two, it has alot of issues as they said it could support it, and doesn't. Seeing as it was all brandnew, accept for the case, and everything was put in correctly, and my RAM doesn't show any errors on MEMtest. there's not much more I can say it could be, either way, I needed one that would use my cores properly.
