860w Enough for 780SC SLI and 3770k?

Hi this is my first build and i would just like to know if this 860w PSU will be enough for the 780 sli and 3770k. I will be overclocking maybe to around 4.5, and ive got the kraken x60 for the job. I also have about 4 fans dont know if that matters. And 1 nzxt hue led strip thing. This is the PSU

Yep, 860w is just right for two GTX 780s in SLI.
Also, excellent choice for the PSU.

The OP's PSU and the XFX previously suggested are completely different units.
Between the two, I'd choose the 80PLUS Platinum Corsair AX860 (very high quality unit made by Seasonic) over the 80PLUS Bronze XFX unit.

Not to say the XFX is a bad unit, but the Corsair simply outclasses it.

The XFX is also a very good unit made by Seasonic.

Platinum is simply a waste of money for most people. The difference in price is never going to be recouped on your power bill, and it's not a heat problem.

Is it worth $85 more?

At high wattage, yes, 80PLUS Platinum does make a difference.

Not really. Firstly, your computer is rarely using full wattage. Secondly, your computer would take years to use $85 of power, let alone the difference between 82% and 89%.

It's simply not worth it. Spend $15 and replace a couple of bulbs, and you've already had your savings.
