Dear all,

Hi everyone, I just got a new rig and my GPU is Palit GTX 660. It came with an OC-ing software called ThunderMaster.

I have never overclock before, so may I ask, what is a safe range to overclock? Currently when I run ThunderMaster, it shows my default:
Core = 1006 MHz
Memory = 3054 MHz.

Thanks for all advices in advance! =)

Solution
the memory is the easiest to OC on these cards. +300mhz on the memory is normally ok with some cards hitting +400mhz and more. The core is harder to OC, most cards only get +50mhz stable. You can get more if you use Kepler Golden Bios unlocker. Its a tool that uses your cards own BIOS and modifies values to give you more voltage and power limit. none of the OC tools can successfully increase gtx6xx cards voltage, although they display the option to do so.
