Hello guys.
I have a computer whit this spec:
cpu : Intel core i7 3770k
main board : asus p8h77-v
memory : corsair xms 3 4*2 gb 2000mhz c9
psu : 1235 watt (It has 6+2 and 6 pin pci-e power connector )
vga :sapphire hd 5850 1gb gddr5

I am a gamer so I have to change my graphic card .Is gtx titan a good choice?

Solution
Yes you can run a titan on your hardware. the titan makes sense if you run 2 of them and are running 3x 1440p monitors, the extra vram comes in handy. The 4gb 780's in sli would make a fine choice for 1080p x3 monitors. If your just running a single 1080p monitor then a single 780 is a pretty good choice, the titan is ok, but you would be better off putting 2 4gb 770's in SLI for more performance than a titan and saving money.

no its not, it is a cut down titan, however like the 770 can reach the 780 speeds, the 780 can reach titan speeds.

but no titan is not a good choice unless you have a very high end everything else, including monitors, i.e. 3x1440p

For the same money I'd rather go for a GTX 690 or perhaps a HD 7990 but it depends on what's readily available where you live.

If those two are too hard to come by for a good price and the Titan is easier to get hold of I'd have no hesitation in getting one, all three cards are beasts and should play anything around at top specs.

i'd do neither of those things, what with micro stuttering, sli/crossfire only when there is no other option to get the power you want.

So what are you saying that all 3 of the most powerful cards in the world suffer from micro stuttering?

I've never owned any of them so cannot verify can you? surely if this was an inherit problem to this day that would reflect in the price right?

Who in their right mind would pay $1000 for a card which is guaranteed to be crap, I'm just genuinely wondering.

all sli solutions (and these are sli solutions) have microstuttering, some people are sensitive to it, some are not, some suffer from emperors new clothes. Nvidia is currently better than amd but both are working on the drivers. so yes they do suffer, read the reviews.
