My FPS spike down to 15-25 anywhere from 5-20 seconds

While gaming, doesn't matter what game, I get FPS spikes. Mostly in Battlefield no matter what display setting. With WarZ/Infestation I have the same exact issue on every display setting. With Star Wars The Old Republic, its the same way. Not as much tho. Usually in heavily populated areas.

I have a little bit of money in my pocket and I'm willing to spend on what ever will fix this issue. If anyone can tell me what I need to buy or need to do to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it!

You got a dead cheap board and chip there, but I suspect thats not the whole problem. Could be a driver issue or something I dont know about.
What power supply do you have? Everything else seems 'store box'
.. uh, 'dynex' ; never heard of em.
Store box alright. .

Here is a link of the exact power supply I have. It was given to by a friend. It works fine, but maybe something about it just isn't good enough? I don't know. Not to familiar with issues like this.
