FPS very laggy and bad ping recently

Hi I'm play pc games often but I'm not much of a wizard on computer. Recently my fps has been going down and I don't know the reason to it. So then I did a Razer game booster diagnostic and I don't really know what the fault is. All the drivers are updated.
