I have a build that I will be putting together around new years 2013-2014.

Mobo : ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel

CPU : Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz

CPU Cooler : Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i

RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600 MHz

I was wondering how high could I go with this build safley? I don't want to push it so far I start to damage my hardware.

you can go up to 4.5 easily with out having any heat issues and 4.5 GHz is safe for the i5-3570k .

you can go up to 5 GHz too , but i think this will push it so far .

anyway , the i5-3570k is strong enough to handle all games at the moment .

no need to overclock it for now , maby after 1~2 years from now .
