Change motherboard without losing windows

hello ,
i wanna buy a new MOBO and cpu nd without changing my HDD , but i dont wanna lose the windows so when i install the new MOBO my installed windows on the hdd will boot normally ?

yes your OS is not stored on the Motherboard or CPU, it is stored in the HDD. You will not lose any data relevant to the OS if you have it on your hard drive.

yes it should be fine. I upgraded my motherboard a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine.
