3570K or 4670K depending on if you want to save a bit now and keep your system for awhile, or upgrade the cpu to newer architecture when it comes out next year or so. Both with OC to at least 4.2ghz with minimum cooling, or 4.5ghz+ with a bit more agressive cooling. And doing so will get you better gaming performance than higher end cpu with hyperthreading enabled.
